PMI offers Model Number 5829474 Rev. V is a Dual Channel Amplifier with Integrated Bi-Phase Modulators.  This amplifier operates from 8.9 to 9.4GHz and provides a RF Output of 1.15 watts minimum.  The output power variation over frequency is less than ±0.5dB and the the output power variation versus temperature is less than -0.038dB/°C over 0 to +50°C operating temperature.  The amplifier offers phase tracking from output to output of less than ±5° over the operating frequency at 0° phase setting and at +45°C. This noise figure is less than 10dB and second harmonic supporession is -30dBm minimum.  The amplifier is supplied in a housing measuring 9.0" x 5.0" x 3.25".
