PMI Model No. BPM-1G2G-1-SFF is a Bi-Phase Modulator designed to operate over the 1.0 to 2.0GHz frequency range.  This model can handle RF input signal levels up to -3dBm and has an insertion loss of 8.8dB maximum.  the amplitude balance is 0.25dB typical and the phase balance is ±2° typical.  The typical carrier suppression is 30dBc and the switching speed is 5nsec. This modulator only requires +5VDC and 25mA of current for operation.  The package size is 2.0" x 1.0" x 0.5".
